Privacy policy
How Retypd, Inc. collects, uses and protects personal information.
Who we are
Retypd, Inc. (“Retypd”, “we”, “us”) is the AI company for the work between systems. We build and govern computer agents for enterprises. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, attend our events or use our services as a representative of a customer.
When our customers use Autofil to process their own data, we act as a processor on their behalf under a data processing agreement, and the customer’s privacy notice governs that processing.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, work email, company, job title and the details you share when getting in touch, subscribing to updates or applying for a role.
- Information collected automatically — such as device and browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell this information or use it for cross-site advertising.
- Customer account information — such as administrator contact details, billing information and support correspondence.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, process transactions, send updates you have asked for, recruit, keep our services secure and comply with our legal obligations.
We never use customer data processed by Autofil to train Retypd or third-party models.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (for example, responding to business enquiries), contract performance, consent (for marketing, which you may withdraw at any time) and legal obligation.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with professional advisers, where required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to this policy. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from privacy@retypd.com.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Customers configure retention for data processed through Autofil.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@retypd.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
We protect information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls. Learn more on our Security page.
